Our Cabinet Delivery Commitment
• We will dedicate a Project Coordinator to you and your cabinet project, who will guide you every step of the way.
• We will process your cabinet order within 24 hours of receiving your approval.
• We will insure the manufacturer provides you with every item that is included in your cabinet order.
• We will keep you updated on your order throughout the manufacturing process.
• We will schedule an exact cabinet delivery date and time with you that work within your schedule.
• We will call you the day after delivery to make sure every cabinet item has arrived safe and sound.
• If there is anything that doesn't meet your expectations we will fight for you to make it
right.

Your Commitment to Us
• You will thoroughly review your cabinet purchase order and if correct you will agree that the cabinet finish, door style, wood species and construction are exactly what you want ordered.
• You agree to pay the full amount of the Purchase Order.
• You have measured your space to insure all parts and pieces in your cabinet list will fit correctly in your design space.
• You know what every item is on your attached items list, and have checked the specifications on how it is manufactured.
• You have read and understand the manufacturer’s warranty.

The What If Commitment
What if for some unforeseen reason a cabinet, molding, part or piece doesn't fit?
Have no fear. That is what family is for! There are many solutions we can offer that involve onsite field modifications. We can help walk you through the process. The worst case scenario is that we want your job to be perfect and will sell you the item at our cost, GAURANTEED!
What if a cabinet item is delivered that just doesn't meet the quality that the manufacturer promised?
No problem, we will not rest until the cabinet product you paid for arrives at your doorstep meets both your and the manufacturer’s expectations.
What if I need extra moldings, parts or pieces to finish my project that weren't on the original order?
Quite often it is difficult to order the perfect amount of finished ends, moldings, cabinet
parts and pieces that fit just perfectly in your design space. Because you are family, we order add-on cabinet items for you and will get the product delivered to you at exactly what our cost is, no questions asked.
What if my delivery is delayed or cabinets take to long to get here?
You will be notified by email and phone with an estimated delivery date within 10 days of approving this order. With this date being an estimated delivery, your dedicated Project Coordinator will work very hard to insure that your cabinet delivery arrives to your home or jobsite as quickly as possible. Feel free to contact your Project Coordinator any time for additional delivery updates.
How long will it take for me to receive replacement items that are covered by the cabinet manufacturers’ warranty?
If for some strange reason we need to replace any cabinet item, we request an emergency order which is expedited. Your Project Coordinator’s goal is to get replacement items to you quickly. We work with the manufacturer to push these items on the next available delivery truck. Typically smaller items like moldings can be shipped via FedEx, but to avoid damage larger cabinet items are shipped via ground and will take quite a bit longer. Please know that all warranty orders take precedence over new orders. As a member of our family, we work very hard to provide you with service that exceeds your expectation. With this, we will not rest until you are happy.
What if damaged products are delivered and I choose to pay my contractor to fix the damage cabinet product?
Although your experienced contractor will save you time by fixing damaged items onsite, please be aware that your cabinet manufacturer will not and does not cover these types of situations in their warranty. We are family. We listen to you, understand your expectations, learn about your cabinet experience, considering each situation and if appropriate will contest for you to the manufacturer for reimbursement. It is Buy Cabinets efforts that strive to make our entire family a happy family!
