How to Prepare For Your Cabinet Installation
STEP ONE
check all cabinets
Please inspect each cabinet carefully. Make sure that you have all the cabinets and parts you have ordered, before approve the delivery notification. KraftMaid, Venicia, Arch Bay, and Somersby cabinets are subjected to numerous quality inspections and are carefully package before leaving the factory.
Unfortunately damage may occasionally occur in the course of delivering the cabinets to their final destination. If damage is discovered, place the cabinets back in the box and promptly notify your assigned Project Coordinator at BuyCabinets.com.
STEP TWO
place cabinets in order
Arrange the cabinets in the order in which you will be installing them so that you can quickly find the right cabinet when you need it, preferably in a room other than your kitchen.
It is recommended that you remove all doors, drawer boxes and shelving to ease the installation process and prevent damage from occurring. Please label all drawers and doors to match orginal cabinet.
STEP THREE

STEP FOUR

If a wall is opened up, have a professional ensure that all electrical and plumbing codes meet your states requirements.
STEP FIVE
repair wall & floor surfaces
Now that your kitchen is empty, it is time to prime walls, put on the first coat of paint and install new flooring. Be sure to protect the kitchen surface during the remodel process. Apply the second coat of paint and any wallpapering the after cabinets are installed.
