KraftMaid Cabinet Warranty
Kraftmaid Cabinetry Inc. warrants its cabinetry to be free of defects in material or workmanship for as long as the cabinets are owned by the original purchaser. Kaftmaid, at Buy Cabinets' option, may elect to repair or replace any Kraftmaid product covered by this warranty.
This warranty does not cover the natural aging or darkening of wood color, the inherent growth characteristics, or variation in wood. Some replacement parts are subject to availablilty and may differ from those originally supplied. This warranty does not apply to products or parts purchased without a finish. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage or defects caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, non-residential use, or improper installation, storage or handling.
To the extent permitted by law, this warranty does not cover special, incidental or consequential damages (such as labor expenses) whether arising out of breach of warranty, breach of contract, tort, or otherwise. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. This warranty is only valid in the United States of America. This warranty is not transferable.
